Keyboard/mouse shortcuts can be summarised as follows:

Save any unsaved changes on the Gantt	Ctrl + S (Windows) ⌘ + S (Mac)
Multi-select bookings (drag a box to select multiple bookings)	Ctrl + Drag
Secondary time block (the snap granularity of the drag)	Shift + Drag
Tertiary time block (the snap granularity of the drag)	Alt + Drag
Resize handle (to move the end of the booking without changing the UtilisationDuration	X + Drag
Zoom in on the Gantt to focus more on specific detail (One press moves in one level)	- (minus key) Ctrl + -
Zoom out on the Gantt to see more data in your view (One press moves in out level)	= (equals key) Ctrl + =
Close out of full-length Gantt sidebar	Esc
Deselect all selected bookings, unavailabilities and check-boxes	Esc

When using multi-select on the Gantt to build up a selection of bookings, it is possible that there will be items (engagements and unavailabilities) in the selection that the user does not want to include. Refer to Deselection of Gantt items.
